A. Augmentation of Water Supply System

The Augmentation of Water Supply System is one of the project components which was started in the year 2006 by Jajpur Cluster Development Limited in the Kalinganagar with a project cost of Rs. 14.00 crores The project has been successfully completed in the year 2008 and now Jajpur Cluster Development is getting revenue as 50% share from IDCO as water rent, since the total system operated and maintained by IDCO.

B.Strengthening and up gradation of old military road (Biju Patnaik Marg)

The approved project cost was Rs. 26.00 crores. This road is 12.2 Km. in length which connects Pankapal to Danagadi passing through Kalinganagar Industrial Complex, Jajpur. The road has been completed in the year 2009 at a cost of Rs. 25.92 crores.

C. Development of Utility Corridors

Initially approved project cost was Rs. 30.60 crores. The project has three Sub-components namely Utility Corridor No.I (Gopabandhu Marg), Utility Corridor No.II & Utility Corridor No.III. All the three Sub-components are completed in the year 2009 at a cost of Rs. 39.77 crores.

D. Upgradation of Power Distribution Infrastructure

The Project cost was Rs. 4.50 crores. The project has been completed in the year 2009 in all respect at a cost of Rs. 3.62 crores.

E. Development of Common Facility Centre

Jajpur Cluster Development has also developed a Common Facility Centre on the outer point of Kalinganagar Industrial Complex. The project cost was Rs. 2.50 crores and completed in all respect by 2008 at a cost of Rs. 3.16 crores.

F. Central Tool Room and Training Centre (CTTC)

Initially the Project was approved for Rs. 3.00 crores. Subsequently the project cost was revised to Rs. 2.28 crores due to non construction of hostel building. The unspent grant amount i.e. Rs. 72.00 lakh received from Government of India for construction of hostel building has already been refunded. The project has already been completed in the year 2014 in all respect at a cost of Rs. 2.24 crores.

G. Different Projects from Own Fund of JCD-NIMZ

01. The road from Jakhapura Railway Station to Utility Corridor No.II i.e. for a length of 1.0 Km. has already been completed in all respect with an investment of Rs. 2.36 crores in the year 2014. This is the only connecting road for transportation of raw materials to different industries from Jakhapura Railway Station.

02. The street lighting system on Corridor No.I road i.e. Gopabandhu Marg for a length of 7.0 Km. has been provided with LED Philips lighting system in the year 2014 with an investment of Rs. 1.98 crores.

H. Ongoing project

01. The road from Jakhapura Railway Station to Biju Patnaik Marg i.e. the length of 1.0 Km. is to be facilitated with street lighting system with LED fittings at a cost of Rs. 0.29 crores which is presently in progress.

02. The Road in corridor no.IV is under construction for which M/s. RITES happen to be the consultant and RKD Construction Private Limited the executing agency for the same. The investment expected to be Rs.19.00 Crores.
